Description

Here's a very early DIETZ KING FIRE DEPT kerosene lantern. Dates to around 1900-1910. Nickel plated brass with most of plating remaining. Lantern stands 14" tall with big bail handle with weighted handhold. Swivel ring on top too for hanging. Only real issue with this great old lantern is that the original DIETZ FITALL globe has a piece broken out of it near the bottom that was glued back in place. It will burn with the broken piece. With a better globe this lantern would be an excellent example. GUARANTEED TO PLEASE THE NEW OWNER OR I'LL BUY IT BACK. Check my Feedback.
