    Description

    Civil War Canister Shot from an exploded Artillery canister round.  These have a diameter of about 1" to 1 1/2".  Canister shot was packed in using pitch and sulphur...  In the middle of the canister stand would be the black powder bursting charge that would explode sending the canister shot flying in all directions.
