SHIPPING
Packages will be shipped after your payment is deposited into my account by eBay. This takes 1-3 business days. Most items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking & insurance. If the item qualifies for USPS Media Mail, or USPS First Class, those options will be made available for you to choose. If the item is heavy and will fit safely into a USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping box, this option will also be provided.
INSURANCE CLAIMS
Packaged items are safely, and securely wrapped, if needed. Once the package leaves my hands, it is not my responsibility to pay for damages that occur during delivery. Because you, the buyer, have possession of the damaged item, it is easier, and more expedient, for you to file the insurance claim.
Take pictures of the damaged box, all postal labeling, and the broken item. Please send the pictures in a message to me. I will send you a digital copy of the shipping receipt.
Call your local post office and ask them what you need to provide in order to make an insurance claim. If you find that you need the actual shipping receipt, I will mail that to you and cover the cost of postage.
